Apple The new iPad Review – The Best Tablet Ever
It’s finally here, after another prolonged wait, elongated build up, Apple has finally announced its latest tablet, the new iPad. This Apple the new iPad review will have a look at some of the new exciting features that have evolved since the iPad 2. Will the latest iPad be as successful as the previous versions, what does it have to offer, and how does it compare to other tablets?
The first thing to know is that it won’t officially be known as the iPad 3, but simply “the new iPad”. Rumors had circulated that its name would be
iPad 3 or iPad HD, but it seems Apple has settled on something nobody predicted. But at the end of the day, it’s just a name.
The first big thing to know, is the screen resolution boasts the new so called Retina display. Although it’s not at the same resolution as the new iPhone, Apple claims it is perfect for viewing at normal distance, and so will not be a hinderance in any way. The resolution is 2048 x 1536, much greater than any other tablet on the market.
The processor is an extremely powerful A5X dual core processor. It has quad core graphics abilities, and Apple claims it is around four times more powerful than the processors the latest Android tablets are coming out with. It promises to be a very powerful tablet indeed.
The camera has also been upgraded, to a 5 mega pixel version that most Android tablets have. This camera also has auto focus and exposure, a 5 element lens and IR filter. This has often been one of the weak points of the iPad in past versions, so it is good to see a good spec camera on board.
Another first will be Apple’s foray into 4G LTE, trying to take full advantage of the high speed internet service 4G offers.
In comparison to the iPad 2, it does seem a bigger jump in terms of hardware and software compared from the iPad to iPad 2. It is light years ahead of the Kindle Fire, although the price is $300 more.
Surprisingly, it is slightly heavier and thicker than the iPad 2, but then there is so much more on board. It is simply a more advanced and powerful tablet. The extra size could actually help it in terms of usability, the iPad 2 always felt a little fragile.

As the new iPad hasn’t been released yet, there are no Apple new iPad reviews to call upon, but looking at the previous version of iPad, it seems that the majority of owners love their tablet. The new version promises so much more for the same price, so it would be safe to assume that this model too, will receive positive user reviews in the future.
Of course, the majority of views reflect the easiness of using Apple’s iPad. It is extremely easy to use, even for the technologically impaired, rarely crashes and still leads the way in tablet technology. The main disadvantage is Apple’s refusal to allow their device to be able to display Flash web sites, which may or may not be an issue for users.
The new iPad features a closer integration of certain apps, such as Twitter. It also supports Microsoft Exchange and standards making it more flexible and accessible than ever before.
Naturally, iCloud also works with your tablet enabling you to store your information and retrieve it on other devices – even the book you were reading on your phone will be on the same page when you come to view it on your new iPad.
In all, the new iPad promises a lot. Remember the name, it is not officially an iPad 3 or iPad HD as has been rumored, but simply the new iPad.
Hope this Apple new iPad Review helps you to define what the best tablet is. Apple iPad 3 is on shelf in 2 weeks, and it seems Apple is not yet ready to relinquish their role as the world’s premier tablet manufacturer.
